RE: Recovery Ministry
Overview and explanation of the program
The Recovery Ministry is a Christ centered ministry dealing with hurts, habits and
hang-ups. We connect with those that are suffering from uncontrollable afflictions,
including but not limited to chemical dependency, co-dependency and sexual addictions.
Those looking for a way out will learn & use tools to begin dealing with problems and
will be offered opportunity to begin a relationship with Jesus Christ. An extensive
life review is used to reveal causes and conditions. This is accomplished by the use
of a twelve step program based upon eight principles of Celebrate Recovery and the
beatitudes found in Mathew 5. By working the Christ Centered biblical principles
we begin to find freedom. This new found freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and
most importantly a stronger personal relationship with God and the desire to serve
others. We offer strong mentoring both through sponsorship and accountability partners.
Ministries include Celebrate Recovery, Step Studies (gender separated small groups),
Men of Freedom and Partners in Progress.
